This is a carry case and play house both. It's in good condition, with only minor scuffs and wear. There are a couple of small splits on the inside hinge, but not too bad. I don't think this was played with much. The handle is very good, no signs of wear or splitting where the handle is attached. The playhouse could use a light cleaning.
The house has a bedroom with bunkbeds, a fireplace, a dining table and another table with chairs, all very rustic in style. The case measures 10 x 9 x 9 inches when closed, and it opens up to 17 inches wide. Made of vinyl sheeting and molded plastic with cardboard inserts to give it shape.
