Missy Doll
Uneeda Missy - Crissy Clone? with Cissy face! This is the Uneeda Missy doll, dated 1969 on her box: which is the same year that Ideal introduced their grow hair Crissy dolls. There are some obvious comparisons to be made, which makes me wonder: who copied who?? Missy is not a grow hair doll, however. Her ponytail is rooted. She wears her original lime green mini-dress with tie sash. Missy's dress shows a little wear but the doll is near mint. She has light ginger auburn hair, and vivid blue eyes. She is 19 inches tall. Missy has the popular S2 face mold (Cissy or Fashion Dollikin) that is very desirable. Her neck is marked: UNEEDA, with 2S underneath.
