Wonder Whims were strange plush toys made in the 1990's or late 1980's. There may have been a story behind them, or possibly a tv show: I just don't know much about them. We found the toys secondhand in thrift stores and I was very amazed at the lovely colors and very unusual designs. DollPhotos.com
