Chubbles were unusual plush toys with a hoody similar to what a monk would wear. They had batteries: their eyes light up, if I recall correctly. I believe they were intended to be a bedtime toy that would give a soft glow as a child went to sleep. I don't know alot about them, however: haven't seen any of the promotional materials. We found these in thrift stores. They were most likely made in the late 1980's or 1990's.
