Peggy PenPal by Horsman Extra Joints! 18" Pretty Doll. This doll with the sweet face is 18 inches tall and was made by Horsman in 1970. She originally came with a writing desk and accessories which she no longer has. Peggy is in good condition with long hair that is braided and good face color. Has original dress. Doll is mostly hard plastic with a vinyl head and rooted hair. She has jointed elbows in addition to the usual joints at neck, shoulders and hips.
