Vintage American Character Little Ricky Baby Doll. When the first child of Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz was born, they announced their child to the world with a special episode of the I Love Lucy Show. Little Ricky was a media sensation, so of course there had to be a Little Ricky doll. This chubby doll by American Character is 19 inches long, all vinyl, jointed at neck, shoulders and hips. For some reason the vinyl turns tan or brown with age. Little Ricky was one of the earliest vinyl dolls made. He has molded hair and big blue eyes.
