Allied Easter doll, marked AE

Allied Easter doll, marked AE

ALLIED EASTERN 10 inch doll. This pretty little girl doll has the popular Peggy Ann face that was used by MANY doll companies. It was Horsman that named her Peggy Ann, but she was also sold with many different body styles by Uneeda, Mollye, Effanbee and others. This particular doll is marked AE10F, which means she was made by Allied Eastern and she's a 10 inch doll. She's actually just a tad over 10 inches. She was made in the 1960's (based on materials used.) She has vinyl head and limbs, with a plastic body. Her outfit is vintage but is not original. Her outfit may be older than she is, but it's in new condition. Her short brown hair is in good condition, no bald spots. Eyes are clear and sparkly. Sleepy eyes work fine. Panties may be original. Clean and pretty little doll.
